Flexibility to change

Text by Albana Carungu

Flexibility competency: adjusting one’s behavior to new information or changing circumstances. Such a person embraces new ways of doing things new methods. This talent helps to effectively work in an unstructured, dynamic environment. Companies can lead to large-scale changes like reorganization, mergers, or acquisitions; they can launch new policies, products or processes, as competitors do.
We face changes every day. Laws and regulations change. Disasters happen. We must have the flexibility to deal with constant change. As a result, we are better prepared for unexpected changes. The flexibility lets us react more quickly and minimize the consequences change can bring.
