Cre
ativity is a mental process involving the generation of new ideas or concepts, or new associations between existing ideas or concepts. A widespread belief is that creativity applies only to art, music, and similar activities. This is far from the truth. Today, many companies use creative processes and brainstorming processes to come up with innovative solutions to everyday problems. The fact is that creativity exists everywhere, for examples: teachers trying to find a new way to teach old material, artists trying to find new materials for painting, and businessman new way to promote his business, etc.
So
the importance of creativity is being able to "think outside of the box."
